Description

This unique apartment, made from stone and wood, has a terrace with east orientation with a view that extends from the beach of Ipsos to the open sea and is the ideal combination of modern and traditional. Enjoy your holiday without the need to use any kind of transportation, everything at your feet, sea , fun, food!
The space
The house is on the first floor of a building built in the early 20th century. This 75 sq.m. house has 2 bedrooms, a large open plan area with kitchen, dining and living room, a bathroom and a large terrace with sea views.
The first bedroom has a double bed and is located in a wooden loft above the dining room and kitchen and has access to a wooden internal staircase. The second bedroom is located in a separate space and has a comfortable double sofa bed. The large open plan space features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dining area and a living room with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and central heating. The large terrace features a dining and seating area. The bathroom has a shower – cabin.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating are included in bedrooms and other interiors.

The property includes everything that someone needs to store infants, including a crib and a high chair. It also has a washing machine in a separate laundry area on the ground floor of the building, as well as a safe place for luggage storage. The on-site garden is available for relaxing and using barbecue.

Accommodation includes changing linens and towels, every 4 days and working with the customer. It also includes cleaning the space before and after the end of the stay. Cleaning service is not provided during the stay. Amenities have available guest cleaning during their stay.

Parking in the yard is available free of charge for motorcycles and cars in consultation with the owner. There is space for bikes in the garden.

Seaview stone apartment has been upgraded!! It has been operating for over 5 years with excellent reviews that are not available on the platform due to change in the name of the property after the permission received from the Greek Tourism Organization..

1. Private just 30′ from the airport and 20′ from the port.
2. By public transit:
a. Blue Bus (urban) . Right on the street in front of the entrance of the apartment, there is a city bus stop (Niakarelou stop), connecting with the center the city of Corfu, the
airport and port . The blue bus has itineraries every 20 minutes.
b. Green bus (long distance). At a distance of 100 meters from the apartment, there is a subway bus stop (green) with less frequent itineraries. The green bus connects to the airport by another bus.

Other things to note
It is very important that when you check in you provide me with a photocopy of the passport or ID of the person who booked the reservation. This is a necessary information for the required tax update when entering the apartment.
The apartment is delivered clean and tidy at the guest’s entrance. Cleaning service is not available during the stay. Bed linens (sheets and towels) are changed every 4 days to reservations longer than 5 days. For reservations over 5 days, and in the event that the landlord cannot be present during the stay, the secondary bedding is delivered to the guests from the beginning of the stay after informing the owner. In the case of an additional guest (fifth) a fold-down bed can be hosted in the living area. In regards to this, you should contact the landlord to let you know the cost of the extra (fifth) person’s stay during the time period you are requesting.
